We live up higher than the muddy so we are never in any danger of being flooded. We also live close enough to the muddy that we were able to actually watch the flood waters rise and completely cover the Bledsoe's farm that's below us. It was definitely crazy to both see and hear the waters rush down and destroy anything in it's path. Let's hope the 100 year flood actually waits the 100 years before it floods here again.
